Qualifications

• DOE O 413.3B EVMS knowledge desirable.

• DOE/NNSA project controls experience advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to propose innovative cost/schedule guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely completion of discrete technical or operational projects.
• Establish technical requirements and define deliverables, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee project team from initiation to completion and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Develop or maintain processes to meet programmatic needs and produce defined work products.
• Conduct cost analysis and planning/scheduling for complex projects or programs.
• Support Primavera P6 data quality checks, Cobra cost management, and EVMS processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domains.
