Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) seeks an experienced Project Manager for its U.S. Project Delivery Team. You will oversee development and execution from early design through manufacturing, coordinating cross-functional teams to turn concepts into tangible projects while managing scope, schedule, and cost.

The role targets seasoned leaders with deep AEC or manufacturing experience who can build long‑term client relationships and represent VBC with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Seasoned project manager with solid experience in AEC or manufacturing.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule and cost.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter outlining roles, scope, objectives and financial targets.
• Lead project teams through design to manufacturing and delivery.
• Manage submittals, approvals, meetings, and communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, risks and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle.
• Oversee budget tracking, invoicing and change management with customers.
• Report project health across budget, schedule, procurement and manufacturing.
