Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Project Manager to lead a diversified portfolio across fire, security, and communication systems. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and execution, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on-time, within scope and budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical know-how, with travel across New England as needed. Hybrid work in Norwell, MA is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent work experience or related curriculum.
• Strong project execution knowledge from initiation to closure.
• PM certifications such as PMI CAPM, PMI PMP, Avixa CTS or CSPM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project portfolio with total revenue expectations of $5–$15M.
• Supervise project team through planning, design, installation, start-up, turnover and warranty.
• Develop and motivate the project team to maximize performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate resource assignments based on project requirements and technician skills.
• Prepare and update project schedules and cost estimates.
• Oversee budget estimating, purchasing, and equipment procurement.
