Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electronic security/related field.
• 5+ years of electronic security system project management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Office and job-specific software.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical circuitry, network principles, NEC and fire codes.
• Read and understand technical drawings, programming, and installation guides.
• Knowledge of various low voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects for medium to large, complex projects from award through completion, including site management and budget adherence.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously when required and maintain schedules.
• Prepare installation plans, manage plans and implement procedures.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project implementation plans.
• Review and approve estimated costs prior to bid; provide cost control and change management.
• Provide technical assistance to sales and supervise design engineering.
• Supervise installation labor and subcontractors, manage schedules, subcontracts, and invoices.
• Communicate project requirements consistently with the team and maintain accurate records.
