Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a Senior Manager, Global Channel Development Sustainability to lead the 2030 roadmap across six partnerships, translating regulatory changes into actionable plans and ensuring compliance and license to operate.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Sustainability, Legal, Supply Chain, and Brand teams, lead US EPR workstreams, and embed sustainability into innovation through disciplined input and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability preferred.
• 5–10 years leading sustainability programs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and regulatory topics.

Responsibilities

• Develop GCD Sustainability Roadmap across six partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and execution of priorities.
• Translate evolving global regulations into actionable plans to ensure compliance.
• Lead US EPR strategy and workstreams within the EPR Taskforce.
• Advise brand/product teams on sustainability integration and score projects.
