Job summary

LVI Associates seeks a Senior Project Manager in Geotechnical Engineering to lead major projects, mentor engineers, and advise clients on technical strategies. The role offers opportunity to influence project delivery and growth across healthcare, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
  • Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
  • PE license is required.
  • 10+ years of geotechnical consulting experience.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through delivery.
  • Serve as primary client contact and trusted technical advisor.
  • Oversee geotechnical investigations, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Direct foundation, earth retention, excavation support, and ground improvement evaluations.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and financial performance.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and project teams.

Position Overview

This is a leadership opportunity for a senior geotechnical engineer who wants to play a larger role in client development, project execution, team growth, and business strategy.

You will lead complex geotechnical projects while serving as a trusted advisor to clients, mentoring engineers, and contributing directly to the continued growth of an established geotechnical practice. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead geotechnical projects from proposal through delivery.
