PNC is seeking a Project Manager III within its Technology organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The role leads cross-functional initiatives to support Enterprise Information Security and oversees full project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across lines of business, manage budgets and schedules, and use data insights to drive decisions. Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen are essential to delivering business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; certifications often desired.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to align with business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining momentum.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams to define and implement requirements.
• Leverage data insights and reporting to support planning, prioritization, and performance measurement.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop forecasts, financial reports, and budget analyses.
