Job summary

CMC Design Build is seeking a Project Manager to join our Construction Management team. You will oversee two or more sites, plan and control resources, and lead the day-to-day operations to ensure projects meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.

You will collaborate with the superintendent and client representatives, drive procurement, and coordinate with design teams to develop detailed construction plans. This role requires leadership and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management/engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Construction Project Manager role.
• Proficiency with construction software like Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage design/build processes for food distribution and processing facilities.
• Oversee all aspects of the project procurement process.
• Coordinate with preconstruction to secure governmental approvals.
• Collaborate with design team to develop details with clients and consultants.
• Establish and manage the project schedule.
• Manage CMC field staff on site.
• Oversee project financial management and reporting.
• Train and develop field personnel and assistant PMs.
