Job summary

CMC Design Build is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Design/Build process for food distribution and processing facilities. You will manage multiple sites, coordinate with design teams and field staff, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in a Construction PM role, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam, and MS Project. This is a full-time on-site role with collaboration across teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Construction Project Manager role.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Office, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facilities.
• Oversee all aspects of the project procurement process.
• Work with the preconstruction team to secure governmental approvals for the projects.
• Work with the design team to develop design details with clients, design team and outside consultants.
• Establish and manage the project schedule.
• Manage CMC field staff.
• Oversee project financial management.
• Train and develop field personnel and assistant project managers.
