Job summary

CMC Design Build is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction management across two or more job sites for food distribution and processing facilities. You will plan, organize, and control resources to meet schedules, costs, and profitability, collaborating with design and preconstruction teams and reporting to the construction management leadership.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Construction Management or Engineering and at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in similar

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a similar Construction Project Manager role.
Construction Management or Engineering Degree preferred.
Proficiency in systems like Procore, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

Manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facilities.
Oversee all aspects of the project procurement process.
Work with the preconstruction team to secure governmental approvals for the projects.
Work with the design team to develop design details with clients, design team and outside consultants.
Establish and manage the project schedule.
Manage CMC field staff.
Oversee project financial management.
Train and develop field personnel and assistant project managers.
