Aleto, Inc. in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead space planning, design, construction, closeout, and related analytical services over the client’s asset lifecycle.

You will manage furniture projects of varying sizes and complexity, remain highly organized, hands-on, and customer‑oriented. The role requires coordinating with internal/external teams, reviewing documents for compliance, and maintaining clear project records while ensuring timely delivery on

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain an active HSPD-12 public trust credential.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 8+ years related experience in project management and interior build projects.
• Knowledge of government workplace design and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close interior projects aligning with client brand and workplace strategy.
• Develop scopes of work, schedules, and budgets; review submittals and RFIs.
• Lead coordination with Architects, Engineers, V contractors, and client staff.
• Prepare As-Built drawings and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with design/software standards.
