Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Electronic Security Systems (ESS) projects at our Norfolk location. You will bridge technical teams and program execution, delivering complex security solutions for DoD, DoS, and other federal customers.

The role requires 8+ years of project management experience in federal environments, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM practices, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of experience managing technical projects for Federal Government customers.
• Must have 5+ years of experience leading electronic security system projects in DoD/DoS or similar high-security environments.
• Strong understanding of integrated security system architectures and lifecycle support.
• Experience coordinating engineering, installation, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ESS projects for DoD/DoS and Federal customers from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, resource plans, estimates, and status reports.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk meet contractual requirements.
• Provide technical oversight for design, integration, and sustainment of security systems.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and field teams.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with government stakeholders.
