Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Federal Solutions team in the United States. You will lead a Project Delivery Team, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure successful execution across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a strong engineering or related degree and 10+ years of experience, with professional registrations such as PE or PMP preferred. Security clearance is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related technical/business field.
• 10+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while leading a Project Delivery Team across the acquisition life cycle.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project.
• Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit for the term of the project.
• Develop and manage the project budget; oversee profitability.
• Handle project invoicing and accounts receivable/payable.
• Establish Project Management Plan, Health and Safety Plan, QA/QC Plan, and other required documents.
• Define project requirements for all areas and monitor deliverables for adherence.
• Assign responsibilities to subordinates after evaluating qualifications and strengths.
• Monitor and negotiate changes to the scope of work with client and key subcontractors.
