Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a Project Delivery Team through the acquisition life cycle, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment with client objectives and contract terms.

The role requires a 15+ year track record in project management on similar projects and may prefer PE or PMP certification, with a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities in a federal solutions environment.

• Previous project management experience on similar or related projects.
• Professional registration such as PE or PMP (preferred).

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manages scope, schedule, budget, and quality while leading a Project Delivery Team (PDT) across the project's acquisition life cycle to successful execution
• Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.
• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.
• Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related technical/business field
• 15+ years of related work experience
• Previous project management experience on similar or related projects

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
