• Manages sponsored budgets and cost-share/match; tracks budgets and deliverables.
• Coordinates subrecipients and contractors; ensures compliance with sponsor terms and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200).
• Prepares and monitors progress reports for sponsors and stakeholders.
• Travels across PA and WV up to 75% as needed.
