Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Driver's license required.
• Experience with federally funded programs and Uniform Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of federally funded programs (ARC/ARISE, NIH, DoD/MTEC).
• Coordinate subawards and service agreements; monitor subrecipients and deliverables.
• Prepare and monitor sponsored budgets; track cash and match funds; support rebudgeting.
• Report performance measures and progress to sponsors; respond to program officers.
• Coordinate a multi-party consortium and governance bodies; maintain cross-institutional communications.
• Support procurement in line with 2 CFR 200.320 and Uniform Guidance policies.
