Job summary

Aleut Federal LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Fort Stewart BASOPS project. You will oversee the development, implementation, coordination, and management of the contract, with authority to allocate personnel and resources to meet requirements.

The role requires on-site management with limited remote work, supervision of up to 300 personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and GFP/GFE/CFP controls. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Tier 3 SECRET security clearance.
• Experience managing large programs with budgets and schedules.
• Proven ability to supervise up to 300 personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and government partners.
• Experience with GFP/GFE accountability and property management.
• Ability to pass NAC and obtain CAC for government systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on PWS to ensure contract scope, schedule and cost.
• Establish policies for performance and control of program management functions.
• Monitor quality standards and subordinate performance.
• Oversee budgets, costs and corrective action.
• Provide guidance on training, security, safety, and environmental policies.
• Supervise GFP and CFP, sign for GFP IAW FAR 52.245-1.
