Job summary

CVP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of the Finance Application portfolio, including three billing systems: CIT Billing, AIS, and Telecom Billing. You will own O&M, modernization, and governance across these applications.

You will manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and partnerships with IT and federal stakeholders, ensure DevSecOps practices, and drive compliance with EPLC/Agile processes to support NIH and other public-sector billing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree with 8+ years of IT project experience or 13+ years of equivalent work
• MS/MA/MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience may substitute targeted degrees
• Experience delivering federal applications with EPLC/Agile methods and compliance

Responsibilities

• Own O&M, enhancements, and modernization delivery across three billing applications
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, backlog, and work assignments
• Lead release planning, risk/issue management, and stakeholder coordination
• Produce and manage EPLC artifacts; coordinate change/security processes through TRB/CAB and ARB
• Oversee SLA performance, billing-cycle compliance, and Tier II/III support
• Support DevSecOps/CI-CD delivery and cloud-native modernization
