Job summary

SuperGraphics LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate complex print projects onsite in Seattle. The role requires strong PM skills, client interaction, and cross‑functional collaboration with production and sales teams.

Qualifications include 5 years in Project Management and 3 years in the Printing Industry or Manufacturing, with an Associate's Degree or equivalent. Expect a structured schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Project Management experience.
• 3 years in the Printing Industry and/or Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and coordinate schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget per project.
• Advise team on material and production procedures to meet client vision.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and internal staff; learn technical information as needed.
• Define R&D scope on projects; ensure materials, construction, and logistics meet specs.
• Manage and monitor production flow from start to finish.
• Create estimates and quotes; prepare production work orders in MIS system.
• Collaborate with art staff to ensure proofs and designs meet client expectations.
• Maintain ongoing communications with production personnel to resolve problems.
