Job summary

Jack Morton is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Experiential & Exhibit Fabrication to lead complex fabrication, tradeshow, exhibition and experiential projects from client conversations through fabrication, installation, show execution and reconciliation.

You will act as the operational leader, balancing scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, and production teams while moving everything toward opening day, connecting creative vision with physical execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in tradeshow, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, fabrication, or a closely related industry.
• Proven track record managing large, complex projects from concept through completion.
• Deep understanding of fabrication, production, installation, logistics, and live-event execution.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and reconciliation skills.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, transportation, and show-service partners.
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to make decisions under pressure.

Jack Morton is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Experiential & Exhibit Fabrication

to lead complex fabrication, tradeshow, exhibition, and experiential projects from the first client conversation through fabrication, installation, show execution, and final reconciliation.

This is a high-impact role for a project leader who knows how to turn ambitious creative concepts into real-world experiences—balancing scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, production teams, and clients while keeping everything moving toward opening day.

You'll be the person connecting the dots between creative vision and physical execution.

When the design is ambitious, the timeline is tight, and there are a hundred moving pieces, you're the person who knows how to make it happen.

What You’ll Own

You’ll have end-to-end ownership of major programs, working across design, fabrication, logistics, installation, and live event execution.

You have:
