You will own end-to-end programs across design, fabrication, logistics, and on-site execution, building detailed plans, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to deliver world-class brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in tradeshow or experiential environments.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex programs from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of fabrication, production, installation, and live-event execution.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and show-service partners.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining detail.

This is ahigh-impact rolefor a projectleader who knowshow to turnambitious creative conceptsintoreal-world experiences—balancing scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, productionteams, and clientswhile keeping everythingmoving toward openingday.

You'll be theperson connecting thedots betweencreative vision andphysical execution.

What You'll Own

You have:

• 10+ years ofproject management experiencein tradeshow, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, fabrication, or a closelyrelated industry
• A proven trackrecord managinglarge, complex projectsfrom concept throughcompletion
• Deep understanding offabrication, production, installation, logistics, and live-eventexecution
• Strong budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and reconciliationskills
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, transportation, and show-servicepartners
• The ability toread and interprettechnical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications
• Exceptional communicationand stakeholder-managementskills
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solvingabilities
