80Twenty is partnering with a nonprofit research institute to recruit a Project Manager for Events and Communications. The role owns event strategy and execution from small gatherings to symposiums, plus external communications across web, content, and social channels.

This newly created, highly visible position reports to senior operations leadership and is onsite five days a week, with growing responsibilities as the organization scales.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and run high-quality symposiums end to end.
• Strong writing and editing skills for external communications.
• Experience managing external contractors and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and run events end to end with attention to guest experience and budgets.
• Own external communications across website, blog, and social channels.
