• Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive bid packages and develop accurate proposals.
• Manage projects from initial estimate through final closeout.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and GCs throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and project docs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and GCs on active projects.
