What You Will Be Doing

• Preparing competitive bid packages, performing material takeoffs, and developing accurate project proposals
• Managing projects from initial estimate through final closeout
• Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and GCs on active projects
