Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to oversee maintenance, renovation, repair and construction projects, providing supervision of staff and subcontractors. You will participate in scoping sessions, prepare detailed estimates, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction from concept to completion.

The role requires extensive experience in engineering or construction management, with proficiency in MS Office and project management practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple contracts from concept to completion.
• Interpersonal skills to positively interact with clients and subcontractors.
• Ability to plan, allocate resources, manage production and coordinate people and equipment.
• Ability to read, understand and apply information from blueprints, surveys and job specs.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in scoping sessions with clients and produces detailed estimates and technical narratives.
• Produces subcontractor bid packages, selects subcontractors, and issues contracts.
• Oversees subcontractor activities and coordinates with field personnel to meet expectations.
• Maintains up-to-date red line (as-built) drawings in the field and supports safety program.
