Job summary

Banda Group International in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Project Manager II to lead LANL ERP modernization, with emphasis on supply chain and manufacturing workstreams. This hybrid role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, 10 years of relevant experience (5+ in engineering/procurement/construction), and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, scientific, or related discipline, or specialized project management coursework combined with relevant experience.
• Ten (10) years of relevant work experience, including at least five (5) years in engineering, procurement, or construction.
• Thorough knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques, including project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Experience managing project deliverables, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a complex project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring completion within established scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead project teams and coordinate activities across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and technical functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with business owners, technical teams, program leadership, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Support project controls, cost and schedule performance monitoring, and EVMS processes as applicable.
• Manage project resources and facilitate the transition of completed deliverables to operations and maintenance teams.
