Job summary

Delaney & Bourton in Dallas seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive a multi-year ERP implementation for a large global organization. You will lead North American workstreams, coordinating with finance, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing teams, and managing system integrators and key vendors.

This role reports to the ERP Programme Director and requires office presence in Downtown Dallas, four days per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate multi-vendor environments and Integrators.

Responsibilities

Dallas, TX | 4 days p/w Downtown | Permanent | $150,000+

Are you a Project Manager with experience working on the implementation of a large, complex ERP platform? I’m looking to speak with experienced Project Managers for a major, multi-year transformation with a large global organisation based in Dallas. The scope is that you will lead the North American workstreams of this global programme, reporting to the ERP Programme Director.

This is a significant Tier-1 SaaS ERP implementation across a complex, multi-site business with 10,000+ end users. It will touch core areas including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order-to-Cash and wider business operations.

We’re particularly interested in Project Managers with experience across:

• Tier-1 ERP implementations – SAP, Oracle, Workday, D365 or similar.
• Large-scale ERP, digital or enterprise transformation programmes.
• Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or other operational / multi-site environments (ideal, not essential)
• Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Managing systems Integrators and major technology vendors.

The salary stated is a guideline, however if needed this can be negotiated to secure a strong project leader with ERP delivery experience at a similar scale.

Working pattern: c.4 days per week in the office
