Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, health care, management, or related field required with 5 years of PM experience, OR Master’s degree with 3 years of PM experience
• PMP or equivalent certification required and maintained
• At least 2 years healthcare experience and 2 years of management experience
• Experience delivering presentations to senior management
• Experience managing vendor contracts and relationships
• Experience working for a PMO
• Experience using SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
• Experience leading projects
• Experience across all PM phases with focus on healthcare projects
• Proficient in PM tools and techniques (planning, risk, governance, cost/benefit, change control)
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Experience building and forecasting budgets
• Critical thinking and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day assignments for cross-functional team members
• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and closeout
• Define scope and baselines using charters and WBS
• Oversee project management activities across portfolios
• Record and resolve project issues and risks timely
• Support enterprise-wide PM methodologies and tools
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resources
• Forecast project progress and budgets
• Communicate status via summaries and executive reports
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Lead change management and scope control
• Ensure customer satisfaction with implementations
• Maintain detailed project plans and documentation
• Collaborate across departments for integration strategies
