The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead senior-level projects and programs, ensuring governance is followed and roadmaps stay current. This role reports to the TMO Program Manager and carries no supervisory responsibility.

You will administer intake, manage execution, and produce executive-ready reporting, while embedding change management considerations across initiatives and coordinating with sponsors and teams for disciplined delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise level projects, ideally in transformation/PMO.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.
• Ability to apply PMP, Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong reporting for executives and governance knowledge.
• Experience leading executive-level meetings and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Administers intake process and maintains reporting dashboards.
• Manages project execution with high-level roadmaps and documentation.
• Maintains testing plans and project artifacts.
• Supports TMO governance, portfolio reporting, and status communications.
• Prepares portfolio materials for Transformation Steering committee.
• Evaluates new execution techniques to improve investments.
• Leads with accountability and partners with sponsors and teams.
• Escalates issues to management when projects are jeopardized.
• Coordinates with organizational change management for rollout needs.
• Assists resource planning as new initiatives enter the portfolio.
