Benchmark Senior Living, based in Waltham, MA, seeks a Senior Project Manager to independently own and drive large enterprise-wide initiatives from planning through full implementation. You will partner with executive sponsors, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver executive-ready communications.

The role requires 10–15 years of PM experience, PMPCertification, and preferably senior living industry exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMPCertification required.
• 10–15 years of progressive project management experience preferred, including large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Senior living industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading transformation, operational, and systems initiatives preferred.
• Experience managing vendor-supported implementations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Independently plan, lead, and drive complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through full implementation with executive visibility.
• Partner with executive sponsors to define scope, objectives, success measures, and governance.
• Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, change management, and stabilization.
• Navigate cross-functional priorities and drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
• Meet stakeholders, help them articulate ideas into actionable plans, and shape outcomes.
• Anticipate risks and interdependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver polished, executive-ready presentations and communications.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings and reporting.
• Keep Senior Director informed on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Oversee multiple high-impact initiatives concurrently with delivery discipline.
• Mentor junior PMO members and contribute to PMO standards.
• Support coordination and project management activities in a lean team.
