Job summary

LDIS LLC, a Tetra Tech Company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a hybrid Arvada, CO environment. You will guide scope, schedule, and budget from initiation through closeout, coordinating with engineers, designers, and contractors, and interfacing with clients to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years’ experience in project management roles.
• Lead client interface and multidiscipline project execution teams up to $1 Million in contract value.
• BS in Engineering or BA in business or similar.
• PE certification is desired but not required.
• PMP certification is desired but not required.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry or related experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of project controls and cost estimating processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects from conception to completion.
• Interact with clients, coordinate teams, and report on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and scoping documents.
• Collaborate on design basis with multiple disciplines to ensure accurate baselines.
• Control documents, update staffing, and monitor ETC with E&D teams.
• Prepare project summaries for management and clients.
• Support RFP responses with engineering disciplines for proposals.
• Ensure consistent weekly or bi-weekly client reporting.
