Job summary

LDIS LLC, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex multi-discipline projects from conception to completion in Colorado. You will lead client interfaces, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure scope, schedule, and budget are aligned with contract requirements.

The role requires 7–12 years in project management, a BS in engineering or business, and strong communication and leadership skills. PE or PMP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–12 years’ experience in a similar project management role.
• Lead client interfaces and multidisciplinary project execution teams to complete complex projects up to $1 Million in contract value.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of oil and gas industry or related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project requests and kickoff meetings.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans (PEPs) and Client Execution Plans.
• Coordinate scoping documents with clients and disciplines.
• Oversee design basis input from civil/structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and controls.
• Maintain document control and weekly staffing updates.
• Monitor ETC and report to E&D teams as needed.
• Use MS Project/Primavera to manage schedules.
• Engage PE for technical leadership and discipline input.
• Prepare project reports for weekly/biweekly client updates.
• Support RFP responses with proposal estimates and schedules.
