Job summary

LDIS LLC, a Tetra Tech Company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidiscipline teams from conception to completion. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, interact with clients, and ensure accurate reporting and profitable project delivery.

The role emphasizes coordination across civil/structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and controls disciplines, with hybrid work in Arvada, CO. A background in oil and gas and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience 7-12 years in project management leading multidiscipline teams.
• Lead client interface and manage scope, schedule, and budget up to $1 Million.
• BS in Engineering or BA in business; PE and PMP are desirable but not required.
• Oil and gas industry knowledge or related experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate workflow with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project from conception to completion including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and maintain Project Execution Plans tailored to clients.
• Develop scoping documents covering SOW and Design Basis with input from disciplines.
• Implement document control and drive weekly/monthly client reporting.
• Monitor ETC and input into cost estimates; update staffing and dashboards.
• Collaborate with E&D teams using MS Project and Primavera P6 as needed.
• Lead crisis or risk discussions and mentor team members toward project success.
