Bachelor’s degree required – Engineering experience and degree desired.
Professional Engineer is preferred but not required.
Typically, 15+ years of engineering experience, with 10-12 years demonstrated experience delivering engineering projects in operating refinery environments.
Strong background in refining processes, equipment, and best practices.
Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment.
