Job summary

Energy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects within budget and schedule. You will acquire resources, coordinate project teams including contractors, and provide leadership to staff and project supervisors.

You will liaise with stakeholders, manage scope changes, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across DoT, NRC, OSHA standards. This role demands strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CAPM certification required or equivalent.
• PE or FE preferred.
• Minimum 10 years project management experience.
• Heavy industrial or energy-related construction/demolition experience preferred.
• Radiological work experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment.
• Lead project team, coordinate contractors and consultants.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage scope changes.
• Ensure safety compliance with applicable standards.
• Provide status reports and serve as single point of contact.
• Fill role of Project Director as needed.
