Enabled Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to lead complex construction, consulting, engineering, energy and technical advisory projects.

This role may manage both implementation and advisory engagements; travel across the United States and Canada is required based on project needs. The Senior Project Manager owns project delivery from initiation through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, communication, stakeholder alignment, and overall project

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in construction/energy/engineering-related environments.
• Strong ownership of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and closeout.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, assessments, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Manage scope, baseline schedules, cost forecasts, change impacts, and budget performance.
• Provide clear updates to clients, internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
