Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to guide electronic security installation projects from planning to financial success. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and customers, preparing change orders, and driving project performance across large, complex systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications in relevant technology platforms (Security PM tools) a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in electronic security or 2+ years in related low-voltage fields.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication, independent working ability, and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with vendors and customers to balance time and profits.
• Allocate and maximize resources to achieve objectives.
• Develop project budgets, P&L, and change orders.
• Prepare installation plans and schedules; coordinate trades.
• Maintain records of job status, changes, and material flow.
• Supervise installation labor and subcontractors; manage deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues and engage management as needed.
• Develop contingency plans for projects.
