Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (MEP) to lead critical environments projects in Springfield, IL. You will independently manage full project scope, mentor teams, and drive schedule, scope, and budget alignment with client goals.

With 7+ years in construction PM, 5+ years in critical environments, and 2+ years MEP on ground-up builds, you’ll partner with A&E, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-visibility data center projects at MGAC’s Critical

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 5+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• 2+ years of MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
