Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Senior Project Manager to oversee large, multi-site orders and drive profitable execution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong PC skills, knowledge of Accubid and AutoCAD, and the ability to travel up to 20%. You will coach managers, coordinate with Supply Chain, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex electrical projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical training
• 1 year of electrical estimating experience
• 5 years of experience in the electrical trade and 1 year of electrical estimating experience

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large and/or multi-site Excellerate orders, ensuring profitability and timely delivery
• Maintains compliance with company policies
• Promotes a positive culture and develops staff performance
• Coordinates with Supply Chain Team and vendors for material coordination
• Identifies and generates new business; builds customer relationships
• Presents order status and manufacturing metrics to stakeholders
• Reviews quotations and sales orders for accuracy
• Leads and evaluates managerial talent and assigns team leadership roles
• Fosters cross-functional collaboration and organizational alignment
• Visits job sites to observe progress and ensure safety and progress
