Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical, data, and lighting projects or similar construction initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and manage field positions and projects.
• Set objectives, policies, and performance standards within guidelines.
• Build relationships with prime clients to support construction activities.
• Oversee on-site administration to ensure schedule and budget compliance; address issues proactively.
• Represent company in project and strategy meetings.
• Manage contract finances to protect company interests while maintaining client relations.
