Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Culpeper area to oversee multiple projects, lead a team of PMs, and drive on-time, on-budget outcomes for clients.

You will maintain strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards. The role emphasizes financial management, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration with field teams, subcontractors, and design professionals to deliver high-quality electrical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PE license is a plus.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.
• Proven experience mentoring and managing others.
• Business development / heavy client interaction a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs and procedures; professional conduct required.

Responsibilities

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Supervise a staff and possibly two or more Project Managers in daily tasks.
• Train and supervise Project Managers in company philosophy and systems.
• Negotiate and supervise the preparation of all change orders.
• Maintain logs to track project progress.
• Liaise with prime client and A/E to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor construction activities to stay on schedule and within budgets.
• Investigate serious situations and implement corrective measures.
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare monthly costing reports and manage contract finances (billing, equipment, expenses).
