Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of utility industry project management experience.
• PMP Certification required.
• Detailed knowledge of PM fundamentals.
• Strong engineering principles knowledge.
• Experience with project accounting and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for medium to large electric substation, transmission, and distribution projects.
• Mentor and coach other PM professionals.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and submittals.
• Ensure effective change control, risk management, EH&S and quality programs.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and project status reporting.
