You will analyze reports, manage budgets and schedules, prepare project controls, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with design and construction teams to ensure value, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 6+ years of PM experience in the AEC industry.
• 5+ years in K-12 or higher education construction/renovation.
• Strong knowledge of pre-design, contract management, and project delivery methods.
• Proven leadership and client relationship skills.
• Experience with RFI tracking, document control, scheduling, costs, change orders, and payments.
• Ability to develop positive relationships and work proactively.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from conception through completion.
• Provide construction oversight and resolve complex project-related challenges.
• Analyze and develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices.
• Assist with development and management of budgets, schedules, and project controls.
• Provide effective project management to reduce costs and add client value.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
