Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• 2+ years project management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in all aspects of project management, including preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining project governance, conducting field quality control of the craft trades at site, and ensuring successful project turnover.
