STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Education for our PM/CM Group in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

Organize cross-functional activities, coordinate project efforts for completion (deliverables, schedule, budget). Manage proposal development, project initiation, execution, control, and closeout for construction projects. Responsible for budgets, extra work requests, invoicing. Participate in marketing, proposals, and presentations. Develop project plans and manuals. Work with senior managers on staffing, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management to optimize client service and fiscal responsibility.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years experience in K-12 or Higher Education construction projects starting from $50M.
• Experience with managing projects from initiation to closeout, including procurement and client interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with BIM, P6, Procore, or E-builder is a plus. Certifications like LEED, PMP, CCM, RA, PE are a plus but not required.
• Good understanding of contract terms and scope of work. Strong communication skills.

Compensation Range

$122,944.48 - $163,925.98
