STV is in search of a Senior Project Manager-Education for their PM/CM Group in New Jersey. This role involves overseeing construction projects in the education sector, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution from initiation to closeout. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale education construction projects and a strong background in project management principles.
*STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Education for our PM/CM Group in New Jersey.
Key responsibilities include organizing cross-functional activities, coordinating project work efforts for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule, and budget). The candidate should be capable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, execution/control, and closeout for construction projects. Responsibilities also include managing project budgets, extra work requests, and invoicing. The role involves participating in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation, and presentations to secure projects. The Senior Project Manager will plan the complete project execution, develop the project manual, and work with Senior Managers to monitor manpower requirements against the project budget and spending performance. Activities related to scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk management are critical to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.

Compensation Range: $122,944.48 - $163,925.98
