Project Consulting Group (PCG) based in Minneapolis seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, establishing structure, governance, and clear communication to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.

You'll partner with stakeholders across business and technology, align strategy with execution, manage risks, and drive value with proven methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives and success criteria aligned to client strategy.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, reporting and communications frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor collaboration.
• Track progress against KPIs and financials.
• Drive decision-making with executive sponsors.
