Project Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex client initiatives in Minneapolis. You will oversee everything from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality meet client expectations.

Build trust with executive sponsors and guide teams across business and technical stakeholders. In this role, you’ll champion governance, risk management, and continuous improvement while applying proven methodologies to improve project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience delivering large, complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead full project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with client strategy.
• Develop and manage detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners to ensure accountability.
