Job summary

Parabit Systems is seeking a Project Manager to lead the organization’s project management functions and help shape company strategies in collaboration with the President and Senior Management. The role involves managing multiple accounts and projects, evaluating build plans, and driving production efficiency and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong background in manufacturing.
• Experience with design-build contracting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from proposal to completion by coordinating with client, technical staff, and business development.
• Improve departmental procedures and interdepartmental communication.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules and meeting notes.
• Ensure smooth transitions through Tech Transfer and R&D phases.
• Provide direction to project personnel and manage cross-functional teams.
• Manage open Purchase Orders and vendor communications; resolve inventory issues.
• Apply industry best practices during project execution.
• Attend regular planning meetings with senior management.
