Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Senior Master Planner to join our Federal Solutions team in the United States. You will develop deliverables for federal agencies within a matrix organization across varied contracts, focusing on master planning, infrastructure, and strategic guidance.

The role requires extensive Air Force related planning experience, strong PM skills, and the ability to drive DoD programs from concept to definition. Parsons offers a robust benefits package and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
• 15+ years of Air Force related work experience maintaining Comprehensive Planning Platform (CPP).
• Previous project management experience on similar or related projects.
• DoD Security Clearance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Doer-seller Business Development to win and shape opportunities.
• Project Management across multiple schedules and teams.
• Develop Installation Development Plans, Vision Plans, Area Development Plans and Site Planning.
• Create Design Guidelines, Transportation Plans and Facility Condition Assessments.
• Lead Infrastructure Assessments and Programming / DD1391s.
• Prepare Project Definition Reports, Requirements Analysis and Economic Analysis.
• Conduct Analysis of Alternatives and Strategic Planning for programs.
• Develop Stationing Plans and related master planning deliverables.
